“Hi Katie, I hope this isn't coming to you too late but here is my after photo from the 10 day challenge! Submitting my before photo was quite a wake up call really. I didn't quite realise how much weight I had actually gained. Interestingly when I took my after photo I was pretty excited as I'm feeling good. When I saw my after photo I was disappointed though, as initially I thought I looked just the same. But what the photo doesn't show is changes on the inside, I feel lighter, cleaner but importantly I feel mentally ready to carry on on this path of wellness, which the 10 day challenge was the catalyst for. I actually do see some changes in the after photo though, subtle ones but I can see them now. I wasn't perfect on the challenge, the first few days left me feeling quite low on energy and I had a headache but that went awav.
